Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical Systems and Equipment (Buildings, Structures and the Environment) 2357

Introduction:
Set to replace the current 2330 and 2356 qualifications the new City & Guilds Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical Systems and Equipment is the future qualification for candidates who work as or want to work as electricians.

The course comprises of approximately nine tutorial based units and seven site based units: The tutorial units are classroom and workshop based and may be obtained without employment. However, you will need to gain employment within the electrical industry at some time during the course in order to complete the on site units and gain the full qualification.

Suitable For:
This qualification is for those who work as or want to work as electricians. The 2357 is the replacement course for the 2330. The course is suitable for anyone working within the industry or planning to work in the industry.

Entry Requirements:
Maths & English Grade C and above in GCSE

Duration:
2 - 3 years college based dependent on attendance mode + on site assessment which will depend on the individual's application & circumstances.

Venue: Trade Centre Training, Harris House, Harlow

AM2 / 2357-99 Assessments

On successful completion of the above units you will have to undertake the AM2 assessment in an NET assessment centre. This will be located within 25 miles of Harlow

Once successfully completed all units and AM2 unit this will qualify you for JIB Electrician status:

Duration: 16 Months: - 1 Day a week 60 Days Plus 2-4 Onsite assessment visits.
