The City & Guilds 6089 NVQ (Level 2) in Plumbing is normally taken after candidates who have successful completed their City & Guilds 6129 Technical Certificate in Plumbing (level 2).  Assessments for the 6089 are carried out onsite so there is no need to visit our Centre.  Our fully qualified NVQ assessors cover the 100 mile radius of Harlow in Essex only and will visit you onsite.  This normally takes around 3/4 visits from a TCT assessor along with other evidence to complete the NVQ in Plumbing course.

The approximate time period for completion of the City & Guilds 6089 is about 4 to 6 months.  This is dependent on the variety of work being undertaken.  Once the 6089 and 6129 has been completed you will be classed as a qualified NVQ Level 2 plumber.
Please note: YOU must have completed a City & Guilds 6129 in order to be accepted on this course.  The only exception is for mature candidates (over 25 years) with 5 years or more experience in the plumbing industry whereby prove will be required.
